If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the items for a different size/colour if preferred

You have the right to return all the products you have bought from www.maaira.in and can exchange that product within seven days of receiving them.

Items bought from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Delighted experience to our customers. Please follow the below-mentioned steps to make a return or your order. The returned order fees will be RS. 150

Account Help Return:

1. Sign in to your Maaira Fashion Bags Account. If checked out as a guest, do register your account.

2. Find the order in My Orders; click the “Return Item” button.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.

4. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).

5. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of Town Business return centre.

6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 10 working days. The refund will be returned to your bank account or your Quick Wallet’s online wallet.

1. Please contact Customer Service by using the live chat option and inform the issue along with a proper return. We will get back to you within  24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. One of the shipping partners will arrive at you to pick up your order.

4. Most returns are processed within  10 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your bank account (Details will be asked after acceptance of return)  if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
